British National (Overseas) Visa

The UK government created an immigration route for British National (Overseas) passport holders and their dependants. Launched on 31 January 2021, the BN(O) Visa allows them to enter the UK with the ability to live and work there, subject to conditions, and provide them with a path to apply for British citizenship. According to the latest official unemployment figures from the Government through the Office of National Statistics (O.N.S.), the jobless rate overall rose to 3.8% in the autumn of 2020.
