Background
Originally established in Argentina, the company is a professional B2B language translation service with a specialism in marketing messaging.
The applicant wishes to set up a new business base in the UK and start a new life in England.
Problem
Although the business was successful, it lacked the necessary level of innovation to secure a Innovator Visa.
Solution
After examining the client's business and working closely together, the team eventually came up with the idea of creating an artificial intelligence language interpretation platform which analyses language differences specifically in marketing messages.

The team followed the development of the innovative idea, completed a business plan and mentored the applicant through the endorsement process and dealt with her complicated visa scenario.

The team also introduced the applicant to three software companies for the development of the new product.
Outcome
The client has now established her business in the UK which was completed within 8 weeks. The research and development of the new product has progressed well, and she has already gained new clients to the satisfaction of the Endorsing Body.

In addition, we successfully intervened and represented the client in a discussion with the Home Office about her application process. We were able to arrange for the client to complete the application whilst in the UK, as opposed to having to return to Argentina. As a result, we were able to secure the visa within 14 days. We are also continuing to work with the client to relocate her son who is the subject of a matrimonial court case.
